Why can't the fan light be installed on hanging wires?

Three phase motors require overcoming various resistances during startup, including static friction, inertia, and external resistance. Hanging the fan light on wires introduces additional vibration and instability, which can disrupt the motor's normal startup and operation.

1. Difficulty in startup: Three-phase motors initiate rotation by inducing current in the rotor through the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator. Installing the motor on hanging wires increases the inertia and static friction during startup, making it challenging for the motor to begin operating smoothly.
2. Dynamic balance issues: Motors require stable mechanical and electrical conditions to operate smoothly and avoid vibration and instability. The instability caused by hanging wires may lead to additional vibrations and noise during motor operation, affecting both the fan light's performance and the longevity and safety of the motor and its installation structure.

Therefore, to ensure the safe and effective operation of the fan light, it is recommended to install it on a structure that provides stable support, avoiding the adverse effects introduced by hanging wires. If you need to reduce the installation height of the ceiling fan with light, it is recommended that you purchase the socket extender we recommend. Each one is 12cm long, but you can buy multiple in series.

Why we choose a remote control with standard AAA batteries?

When designing our ceiling fan lights, we opted to use a remote control with standard AAA batteries for the following reasons:

First, this type of remote control is commonly used in most household appliances, providing longer battery life and better button response. Remote controls with button cell batteries tend to malfunction after a few months of use.

Second, it ensures safety in household use by avoiding the risk of accidental ingestion by children associated with button cell batteries. Some countries and regions, including the United States, have introduced regulations and safety standards to restrict or require specific safety certifications for products using button cell batteries, particularly in household items and toys.

Third, AAA batteries are more readily available and easier to replace, providing convenience to users. Consider this: if your batteries run out, can you guarantee that you can find button cell batteries nearby? However, AAA batteries are widely available everywhere.
